Terms of Service

Payment

  • Payment by CARD, PAYLAH, PAYNOW only

  • Prices are in USD

  • Must pay full price before sketching

Process

  • I will submit a sketch and/or lineart before proceeding with the final commission piece

  • Commissions are expected to take 1 week to 3 months to complete

  • If there is no update/communication after 3 months, compensation can be discussed

Revisions

  • A maximum of three revisions are give in each drawing stage free of charge (sketching/lineart, final)

  • Further revisions will result in additional charges proportional to the additional workload

  • No revisions will be made once commission is considered complete

Cancellation + Refund Policy

  • I have the right to refuse any commission

  • I can cancel and refund commissions at any time

  • NO REQUEST FOR REFUNDS after colouring stage
